Complaint against Road Blockage due to Building Materials deposited by Shopkeepers

I am writing this letter to complain about the disposition of Building Materials by the near by Shop-keepers, (DURGA CEMENT AGENCY, & DELHI CEMENT AGENCY) which cause the blockage of road and drainage, in the Municipality road in front of my house (399, Chirag Delhi, Near by Hanuman Mandir). The blockage causes accidents and other inconveniences due to water lodging. I am writing this letter already but no action on the shopkeepers. And now I complaint about this topic to Chief Minister (Shila Dixit).

The complaints made to the MCD authorities were unheeded and no actions were taken.

I humbly request you to take action against these violators who causes inconveniences to the wayfarers
