The Bihar police at sitamarhi challanging the authority of the High court of judicature at patna or any where, They kept me in custody with with my female client for the whole night on 28.02.2010 My client was not allowed by police to meet her Advocate for consulting her metrimonial matter.

The sitamarhi male police treating her as a hardened criminal & prostitute & thereatened her not to disclose this incident else she will have to bear the consequences.

Whereas an offence under fundamental rights of the constitution of India

In support of our notice we reffer the Affidavit by my client dt.02.03. executed by sri kamod kumar, Notary Public sitamarhi court & letter no.77/L.C., Sp. Office sitamarhi.

In the view of Law they will be liable to pay a compansation for violation of fundamental rights.
