DISTURBANCE BEING CAUSED BY SHOPS
OPENING OF SHOPS IN RESIDENTIAL AREA

By writing this I want to know that is all the ground floor are free to convert their residential flats into shops. Don't they require to obtain license for the same.

In New Moti Nagar, after High Court Order for demolition of the encroached area of some of the houses, the ground floor flat owners are turning their flats into shops and selling/renting at very high price.
