Driving License
Stay ijn a rented house

Hello Sir,

I am 18 years old. I stay at a rented house. Is it possible for me to get a driver's license or ration card on the basis of my rent agreement as residential proof..?? I do not have any other residential proofs like voter id card etc... The electricity bill also is on the name of the landlord. Kindly help.
