Hello,

The company called efycaci techologies Private Limited (vadapalani) have threathen thire employees to put bond for 1.5 years if they don't put sign they will terminate and blacklist employees in nasscom so employees are forced to put sign bond. They don't allow put date in the bond paper.

It is posssible to take any action against company or is it possible to blacklist the employee in nasscom.
