Sir,

Last 5 month we have been forced to buy borewell water (Rs. 500/- per load) from outside as one of the neighbor are using motors pumps and forcibly extracting the water when it is released to reach all the houses, due to which people who do not have the motors to pull the water from the public distribution common line are forced to buy the water from outside.

Can some one look into this issue on priority and advise BWSSB to conduct a surprise check in our area and penalise the guilties also take legal action against them.

Mainly these process in doing at evening 6pm to 8pm. Especially in Holidays and Weekends.
