Sms charges deduct without any reason by company

Dear sir,

My mob no 7895760857, we are a prepaid customer. i have recharge my number tommarow 50 Rs. & 36 Rs. sms pack. your company deduct 36 Rs. from my main balance. i call customer care excuative to solve my problem but he says this is sms renewal charge deduct, but how it is possible that when i recharge sms pack by retailer than how company deduct my 36 Rs. from main balance. customer care now not attent my call, sir pls solve my problem and refund my balance soon, otherwise i call to cunsumer forum if my problem not solved & i can change my no. in porting rules in other company.
