Hi noise of Loudspeakers

There is a Gurudwara Baba jai pure wala. Mohalla Begoana near Lohara Brige Isher Nagar Ludhiana-141003. They used Loudspeakers out of teh gurudwara premises. It creates unnecessary noise. My mother is patient of Cancer and Hi-Blood pressure. These loudspeakers are fitted in direction of our house. The owner of gurudwara Sukhwinder Singh said no one stop them to used Hi Noise of Loudspeakers. Please make them understand to remove these Loudspeakers.
