Violating Labour Laws

Respective Authority,

This is to draw your attention towards the violation of the labour laws of our country by one of the renound BPO Company "HCl BPO services". I am an employee of HCL technologies BPO services Noida and working here for last 1 year. The work duration here on the daily basis is 10 hours which is clearly violating the labour laws of the country. They make their employees to work for 10 hours a day inclusive of 1 hour break timings. We are forced to do overtimes for the sixth day without our consensus. This thing is really getting worst day by day and going on openly. Please look into the matter and take necessary step to save the rights of Indian citizen.
