PF and Pension WITHDRAWAL NOT PROCESSED BY COMPANY FORM SUBMITTED TO COMPANY SINCE 4TH APRIL

I Tushar Umesh Kondawar, Nagpur Age 25 resigned from company "HDFC Standard Life Insurance Company Ltd as on 30th Nov'2010. My total tenure with company from 12th Jun to 30th Nov'2010 which was 2 years 5 months and 18 days. My employee code with Company 35079.

I have submitted my PF withdrawal form no. 19 along with Pension form no. 10C to HDFC Standard Life Insurance Company on 4th Apr'2011 in HDFC Life Regional Office, HR Nagpur. I had received mail regarding confirmation mail receipt of this on 11th Aug'2011

I had got communication with this regard with PF Team | Human Resources I (HDFC Standard Life Insurance Company Ltd EPF Trust., Corporate Office, 12th floor, Lodha Excelus, Apollo Mills Compound, N.M.Joshi Marg, Mahalaxmi, Mumbai 400 011) they assure me that we are in process of your PF and Pension withdrawal.

From Aug'2011 till now no communication and complaince on this.

I am not employed currently since Nov'2010. I need my PF Fund as per EPF guideline. Due to unemployment I am in need of money.

Pls do the needful before any bad thing happens... I am expecting help from consumer court. earliest if possible.
