My name is Sudip Dutta. I was enrolled myself into MS Finance from ICFAI in 2006 under enrollment number CFA043047. At that time I was working in a Pvt. Ltd. Company. After some months I was jobless till date. My situation went bad and I was unable to continue my studies. My situation goes to worst, My father was admitted to hospital for pancreas operation, After my father came to home my mother was admitted to hospital for right leg broken and after that I had a road accident. I wrote them mentioning full details about my situation but who understand. They replied me that I have to continue my studies as my EMI was granted through Hifco Marwel Ltd. I was totally misguided by them. Even after that I came to know from newspaper that ICFAI have a case and they are not authorize for CFA program. I paid Rs. 10000 as advance payment and for remaining fee I opted for EMI payment of fees of Rs. 4779/month. I had cleared 6 cheques. And ask to send back my remaining unutilized cheques. But they called me continuously for the last 4 years and threatened me to clear all dues. Even they send me letter from Hyderabad Lok Adalat to attend the case. Now they are sending letter from Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Alipore, Kolkata and harass me. Please favour me.
