My Dear indian brothers and sisters, the probable date of the certified copy being ready was stated as 10/03. Today is 23rd June. Contemplating whether I should dash my head against a wall or take a portion of the wall and bang it on my head.

Wonder if obtaining certified copies take this much time (mind you, copies not yet obtained and when exactly they would be available cannot be determined even by any crystal ball) no wonder cases linger, ferment, turn rancid, decay, putrify, necrose and the litigant goes through and to hell. Nobody cares. If this is the democracy the younger generation shall inherit and tolerate, I pity the souls born here in this so-called land of saints. They would be far from saintly and I doubt they would ever go to police stations or courts to ever settle a dispute.

Wonder if Singapore, France, Germany, UK, the US who dispose and throw away matters this way or that in 3, 6 or 12 months would follow in our footsteps and yet retain their developed status. In the same breath I wonder whether this country would ever be known as a developed country. Ever.

If this is the wondrous situation in the Highest court of the State in the financial capital, imagine whether there could be any hope in the lower courts. Pity, shame on myself I am born here. What else can I say. All imputations are matters of fact and self-evident mess we have on our hands.
