Asking for (10th class) original certificates in behalf of employment

Company is asking for 10 class certificate and 2 years bond just for 5000/- salary. Can any buddy tell me what they are going to do with certificates? the answer is they will keep that with them, will not give any salary increase and also can blackmail the candidate to continue working with out any question asked, they can also sell the certificates to any buddy, because now a days every buddy wants good marks certificate even if its fake.

Ziac software can you give me your company registration certificate for 2 years, so that if you don’t go according to your promises I will have some thing in my hand to remind you, is that ok (the contract should be fare you give your certificate and I will give my certificate)
