PF Claim not submit

Dear Sir...

I have resigned on Jan, as per PF act my PF Claim should be submit after 60 days but afer 120 days employer (IDBI Intech Ltd) not submit my claim & when I had call them they told me that PF office not receiveing any claim because of they doing all claim computerlisation,

& When I have aks them how much time it will take reply that atleast 1 or 2 year..

request you to give me advice what to do in that situation.
