Termination on the basis of medical grounds

I recently joined Benz Hoodaki, Noida and have completed all the joining formalities with the company. Before joining I had informed them that I am suffering from Epilepsy, however I have a doctor's fitness certicate to work. In response I was told that the document wont be required. Therefore I presumed that the company is satisfied with my employment. On 23 Dec I got a very minor jerk which no one even noticed, but since one employee sitting next to me told the HR manager and with immediate effect i was asked to leave. I have not been given any compensation for the no of days I attended the office. In addition the employer does not realize the opportuinity cost to me as I chose this company rejecting many others.
