Not given my pf

Dear Sir,

My self Suresh Chandra Bhatt,

My previous company name - Bhasin & Co., Advocates, 10, Hailey Road, 10th Floor, Dakshineswar Building, Connaught Place, New Delhi - 110001. I worked with as a Computer Operator (Typist) and my PF Account No. DL 10562/165. I had resign the Company on 17-10 but my PF is not clear is till date.

Sir my previous company not clear my PF, After several communication with company's accountant and honour, they always Said that My pf form already submitted in PF office but when i checked my pf no asked for acknowledgment slip than the honour of the Company said me I am lawyer I not get your PF.

I submitted my PF in my company on October to October. Whenever I will trying to contract at previous company's accountant and honour on phone. nobody attend the call and said accountants and honour busy in meetings.

Sir I am a poor man sir because help me.

I humbly requested to you, plz. help me and confirm PF.
