Land owner's harrashment
Land owner is keep harrishing me mentally and economically

I am a poor businessman of a small town of Assam. I am doing my business on rent basis from last 35-40 years in a prime location of my town. From last 2-3 years my land owner is increasing the rent frequently and i was told that if i cant pay the rent i have to leave the place. In todays advanced society, he didn't even provide us a electricity connection. I told him several time to provide electricity connection and i will pay the whole amount.but he didnt agreed. Now m facing trouble because i have to pay more then 75% of my profit as rent to him. Me and my family facing a lot of trouble from this.

is there any legal steps that i can take coz he didn't given me receipt of rent?? every payment was been verbal... All i have is PWD business site locator drawing with engineer's signature and a trade license... Help me plz
