2nos 100 AH maaron Battery for 1400 VA
Battery failed during warranty period and requires free replacement

Dear sir, I purchased 2nos Batteries from your autherised rep Freinds Battery Service, Madipakkam on 29-3 and he has been coming and checking up the battery condtion and charging me Rs150 each time for topping up the Distilled water. Whenever I compolained about the battery strength and it is not giving me required time of ups load he has convieniently suppressed the fact that one of the two battery is defective. When I complained to central compliant section 1-800-425-4848 vide complaint No;54968 He sent a service engineer Mr Rajendran, cell no:9940039977. He checked up and said that one cell is weak and that is why the batteries are getting quickly discharged and not able to take up standby load and power foe the desired time. Your area incharge sarvanan, 8754448820 promised to come back has not come sofar. Kindly replace the battery free of cost which is with in the Warranty period
