Loudspeaker in residential area
Use of loudspeaker in Ambabari, JAIPUR

My complaint is regarding use of loud speaker at unbearably high volume in residential area. there are 4 temples in Ambabari (city - jaipur, state - rajasthan).

namely sankat morchan hanuman mandir, ram mandir next to it, then shiv mandir and then amba mandir (durga temple). the management of all these 4 has promoted the use of loud speaker at high volumes during the day and during the night on most of the special occations. also most of the normal days . leading to huge disturbance to people living nearby. the area is surrounded by houses and a hospital as well. this disturbance leads to loss of sleep, severe headache, disturbance in work and study it fills the nearby house with so much sound that it is impossible to live .. the sound suffocates and leads to health problems. despite of requesting number of times the temple people refuse to lower the volumes saying they don’t care. be it any festival or no festival they will organise huge commercial events in the above mentioned temples or hanuman park, lions park or durga park which is a huge disturbance. why is a residential area allowed to be commercialised. i request you to kindly look into the matter and discourage the use of loudspeaker in residential area. as it violate our right to peace.
