MCD Road for public not for private use of society

Dear Sir,

This is the fundamental right of the people to use the public property but the Road of D-Block, Vikas Puri, New Delhi-18, (Near BSES office D-Block) used by the society member as his private property they construct the gate on the both the side of the road and not allowed the public to use the road there about 200-300 school kids use this road but due to this they are forced to use the traffic road due to this some kids are injured please help in this matter as soon as possible.
