After demolition malba

Last year in New Moti Nagar area demolition drive of extended corner houses was taken out. Till date after demolition drive malba is lying on the roads, making it a dumping ground for garbage etc. It has become difficult for people to take their vehicles or park them because of the malba strewn over the road. Who is supposed to clear, the owner of the house or M.C.D?

Kindly register my complaint to the appropriate agency.
