Poor quality product

Hi,

This is Manju and iam from bangalore. I had Nokia 2330c-2 with ESN/IMEI no:356911034189793 this mobile i purchased before 5 months and from that day iam facing booting problem, I already give it to nokai care for 4 times, but issue is not yet solved. Every time they say next time it won't give the problem. But iam festrated with nokia set. The service center name is Bizi communication who are the athorised service for Nokai. When last time i given they said that they are sending it to Nokia factory but after that also same problem. Now that is 4th time the jobsheet no is:304465550/100420/108.So iam not ready to take the same mobile. If this feedback won't works or solve my issue then iam going to consumer court on this.
