Misbehavior of conducto

Hi,

On 17th, april around 9 pm i was travelling from mayo hall to marathalli bridge in bus with number ka-01 F-1019. Once i got into the bus i found no space inside so was standing ahead opposite to door. The conductor forced me to go inside where there was no space to stand. Then i told him to stop the bus, seing his threatening attitude. He refused and later pushed me inside and forced me to take the ticket. He used a lot of bad words in the process which deeply hurted my sentiments.

Have to do something about this. Do call this public service?
