I always felt that there should be a law enforcement rather than only law in India. Is there any law which prevents encroachments and how long does it take to implement it after a complaint? Why first of all there is no official to prevent the encorachments.

I just wanted to bring to notice that there is an industrial area called katedan which is 13 km before airport. The extent of encroachment allowed in this area is such that even electric poles are encroached! (at autostand of katedan), the sewerage line converted to sheds, and at Shivrampally railway station both left and right side of the track there is encorachment going on!

Should we just walk away is the question or the law gets enforced after the construction of compound walls or houses are being completed?

I was confused that how's or what's about law so have put this complaint.
