Violation of agreement

Mr. Mahendra Jain/Rahul Jain

(1) YOU HAVE CLEARLY VIOLATED THE AGREEMENT BY NOT PUBLISHING MY NAME ON THE COVER PAGE OF THE BOOK (clause 9 of agreement).

(2) You have not paid for 12 Mock Test Papers whereas you have published all the 12 Mock Test Papers submitted by me.

(a) You have published Mock Test Paper 11 and Mock Test Paper 12 (Total 150 questions) by making only one Mock Test Paper (Page 159 C -180 C) to earn meagre amount.

(b) READ THE INSTRUCTIONS AT THE TOP OF MOCK TEST PAPER 11 PUBLISHED BY YO, which itself indicates TWO Mock Test PAPERS ie. 11 & 12.

(c) THE INSTRUCTION WAS NOT MEANT TO BE PUBLISHED IN THE BOOK but your so called EXPERTS have made MOCKERY OF MOCK TEST by getting it published.

THIS INDICATES THAT YOU HAVE NO EXPERTS AND ONLYHAVE MANUPULATED TO BEFOOL AND CHEAT ME, The Author.

IF YOU DO NOT AMEND THESE FOUL PLAYS AND INFORM ME IMMEDIATELY ACCORDINGLY, YOU MAY BE SUBJECTED TO LEGAL ACTION FOR DEFRAUDING ME SOCIALLY, MENTALLY and FINANCIALLY., for which total responsibility will be yours.

BESIDES THIS YOU WILL BE EXPOSED TO MEDIA FOR YOUR THESE MEAN DEEDS.

(3) You have deducted TDS but not given me the certificate of the same which is not acceptable to IT Deptt as I have to file IT Return Such cheap tactics is not expected from reputed publisher.
