About SIM card It can't save contacts

I am the customer of your company since last 1.5-2 years. recentlyI lost my mobile, so I got new mobile & oldest number. My mobile number is 9975044147.Now the problem is that I can't save contacts in SIM card.
When I complained to the customer care executive they said that this is not our respoinsibilities. You purchase new card.
