Shipment even after not reached 35 days of money paid

Based on SBI Card advertisement dated 27th Jul I had deposited Rs 898/- towards through my credit card for "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallow and the Combo Pack 2 of CDs of Biography Series and Quiz Master. " The amount got debited from account on 30th Jul.

For you reference and for checking the records my SBI card no. is 4317 5757 0411 5550 .

Your advetisement stated the following:

"The CD’s and the free book will be shipped by India Today Book Club to the address provided by the Cardholders within 15 days of completion of the transaction or 25th July whichever comes later."

As per their terms of your advertisement we should have got the items within 15 days, i.e.by 15th August. We have not yet got the shipment being in Delhi. Kindly look into the matter for such delay and arrange to dispatch it our address given below.
