None delivery of books

Sir,

I am the member of your Book Club for the last few years bearing Membership No. ITBC 04241842 and had ordered for the delivery of 6 books vide Order No. 0G07004687. I have also send a draft of Rs. 1655/- of UCO Bank. I have been ordered for books in the month of December and yet the books have not been received. It is very bad to say that despite your world vide pupularity your services are so poor. Even after three months, no response and neither any reply has been received. Therefore you are requerted to kindly reply me the problem you are having at my Emial ID ssdhc@aol.in at the earliest.

One thing I would like to let you know that the Membership No. ITBC 04241842 is on the name of Hon'ble Mr. Justice Dev Darshan Sood and his Lordship is a Judge of Himachal Pradesh High Court. The books have been order by the Hon'ble Judge.

As and when I inquired from your office No. 40502424, they told me that two books have been delivered. But it is very wrong on your part because neither a book has been received yet. At least a reply may be send to me that what's wrong and what problem is there.

You are requested to please contact me at My Number 9910390860, so that I may ansurable to the Hon'ble Judge.

I have also complaint on telephone vide complaint number Com. B. 08633. I dont know what happen to that complaint.

Please do the needful at the earliest.
