Not getting whole amount of money

I started thier c language course in gurgaon and they told me to submit 2300 hundred as whole amount (their director name is mrs sunita and her husband), and i previousely submitted 5000, now they refused me to gave any money, as i supposed to take 2700 from aptech gurgaon sector 14 old dlf.
