Sent from Istanbul on the 6th Feb.08, arrived in India Mumbai on 8th Feb 08, and yur Cochin Office says they received on the 9th Feb 08. Till today 13th Feb 08 (Indian time 8.50 pm) they have nt delivered it.

One person come to our place and handed an Invoice to my Security person and informed to pay IRS.441.68 and went off. Today I called yur Cochin Office and talked to one lady Kavitha, and she informed me that, the consignment will reach me within one hour. (distance from my place to yur TNT office is 15km)

I consignment (catalouges) were for the Internationa Sea Food Exhibition, being held at Le Meridian Hotel from 8th to 11th Feb.08.

Pls explain to me why my consignment is sill with them?

Due to this MOST UNFORTUNATE AND MOST IRRESPONSIBLE BEHAVIOUR FROM TNT, Iam not in a position to accept the consignment without an Explanation from you or any responsible person in TNT.

I have made Seven telephone calls to Mumbai about this, and no one gives me their name or ask me to contact Cochin office. The Cochin office is not picking up the phone.

I have spend a lot of money for this exhibition, all without the Catalouges. Hope you could imagine my conditions.

Now tell me What should I do?
