DESIRED PRODUCT NOT SENT

Dear Sir,

I Mr Atul K Sontakke working as "Sr Analyst" in a oil sector company (BPCL) wants to make a complaint against Deals 4 all, SBI cerdit card consumer offers.

I had ordered for a Aqua Duel Sim mobile as per the brouchur 2008.in a first week of Jan for amount of Rs 3150/-.As per the ordered they had sent me the delevery on 24/01, while opening the parcel I shocked to see the mobile phone, because i have not received my ordered product, they had sent me wrong product of same company.immidietly i phoned their customer care no 022 40791234 and talked with Mr James regarding the problem, but he was unable to understand and saying me that we had sent you the product as per your ordered, i discussed with him around one hour then he replied that the product they had sent having the same features and same price.so you pls use it.

on this conversation i told him that, " boss" pls send me the only those product that i want, then he says that he will call me on 26/01, on 27/01 i phoned him then against he says that wait for two days, it means that he is deleberately doing late.

So pls help me in this matter to solve this problem,
