Supply of Defective piece

Purchase of Aqua x2 dual sim phone-Order no 000066289 dt 20-03 and Invoice no 4735 dt 24-04-Not working-Request for replacement under warranty –RegI,

I have placed an order for purchase of Aqua x2 dual sim phone as it was referred through SBI Card under Price-less;09 brochure. In the said brochure the Price for of Aqua x2 dual sim phone was mentioned as Rs 9, 500/- with SBI card spl price as Rs 2, 999/- with a discount of Rs 250/-.After a lapse of more than one month and after constant persuation, I have received the Phone instrument for which MRP was given as Rs 7, 500/- only.

I started using the phone and found the following defects with the piece:

1. Receiving caller ID name was not being displayed though it is stored in the phone.

2. FM Radio was not working.

3. Some of the options like Alarm etc., were not working.

After few days it stopped working totally and also my SIM got blocked.

I have placed the order as it was referred through SBI having good faith on services of SBI as a prestigious Nationalized Bank.

I regret for delivering such an inferior piece to the customer of SBI card.

When I contacted the customer care centre, they have asked to send the phone to the company. Therefore, I have sent back the Aqua x2 dual sim phone bearing IMEI No:353609020179611 along with the battery and requested to arrange to replace the defective piece with a new good working (all features) piece.
