Non installation and poor service after complaining

i had purchased a aquaflo from trivandrum and it was not installed properly and the unit is not functioning since 19 oct 08.i had contacted the eureka forbes service c entre more than 10 times and still they have not turned up. it reflects a poor service to the customer and against ur company, s promises which is not expected from such a well known company . i request ur attention in this regard . thank you
