RO water purifier not getting repaired

I have RO water purifier at my home for which I got an AMC done in first week of April and I paid Rs2000 for the same. Within 15 days, it stopped working, and they attended it only after a month of continuous calling. They again charged me Rs1500 for the membrane saying that that was not covered under AMC. Within 15-20 days of that, the membrane again went bad, though it had 1 year guarantee. and it has not been attended since inspite of daily calling them.
