We have purchased eureka Forbes aqua guard infinity water purifier on 25th of April from sales representative named Mr. Srinivas . but till date we are not able to use that product, when we lodged a complain (39883434/82864334) to help desk they told they will send services person to rectify the problem, but no one has came to see the problem, and day before yesterday i got a call from one sales person and he confirmed that the product is not suited for our area and he can't help me . now i don't know how to approach forward, i am feeling helpless
