Aquagaurd Integra 7
No bill for the product purchased and poor service

I'd purchased an Aquagaurd Integra 7 in Dec'07 in Bangalore for which I'd made the full payment using my credit card and the aquagaurd salesman (Rajendra Prasad) told me that I would be receiving the bill within a month or two. More than an year is over, I haven't received any bill even after giving him several reminders, I'd lodged complaints to their office in Koramangla but no results.

While selling the product, Rajendra Prasad assured free maintenance for two years and he also assured that company people would visit you directly without any reminders for the due services. No one appeared, in case if I file a complaint for any of the problems, the service man appears atleast 7~10 days after giving the call.

Please help.
