We have purchased Aqua Gold water purifier last year in June. At the time of purchase, as per the warranty, two free servicings were promised. The warranty period is round the corner and we are still waiting for Eureka Forbes servings department for our "at least one of its free servicing, " in spite of several calls to customer care department. Jago Eureka Jago.
