Not keeping promise of sales, offer for Free-Bag not delivered

Mr. Sachin Desai had offered - if we buy a water purifier -Aquaguard - Model Nova ; then we would be given a Bag free of cost.

so, we booked and paid ; system delivered; but the bag is still not delivered even after 3 months.

we have been contacting them every week or so.

always there is next promuise - thatthe bag would be delivered in next 3-4 days.

please help us in this matter.
