Why can’t they avoid “FAKE PROMISES”

I’m Porko, residing in the suburban of Chennai.

One of Aquaguard’s sales representative approached us and we are satisfied with the product and purchased an “Aquaguard total Enhance” on October 8th, from your shop located in No: 38, 1st floor, GST Road, Nandhivaram Village, Guduvanchery, Chennai – 603202.

At the time of purchase, your sales representative promised as they will be providing a cover for the product as a free gift (Which is not part of the product package). The device is installed the next week and till I’m calling them for the cover and there is no proper response. It is almost 2 months and till now, I had made up to 15 calls on a regular basis.

We appreciate the initiative by giving free gifts, but if they are not able to provide it, why can’t they avoid such “FAKE PROMISES”, which totally makes us hectic to recommend the product to others.
