Your service representative not keeping his commitment

I bought new aquaguard water purifier, your service representative Mr Ashok Londe fitted (thursday 13/08/09) the purifier and told he will fitt properly tomorrow ie on friday 14/08/09 till now he is nither fitted properly nor called me so please do me afavour what can i do. As a repuated company if your service people are doing such things what custmer will do please help me
