Aquaguard filter
Not working properly

Dear sir

we have amn aquaguard water filter installed at our home

(model sp).i renwewed its amc for 2 years few months back.

i problem we are facing is that daily there is some or the other problem with the filter.

sometime the water it filters is stinky. it smells bad & tastes even worse.

its horrifying that the filter has been serviced i.e. carbon & candle changed just 2 months back, then how could happen in such short period???

sometimes after the green light goes on, the water didn't flows.

sometime the water while filtering out, stops running and it just the sound which keeps

coming.

yours engineer had visited several times. but enev after repeatedly corrections, there is one or

the other persistent problems with the filter. so i hereby request you to please give

it a proper srervice once so that this doesn't happens again in short future time.
