Dear Eureka Forbes

I have purchased a Eureka Forbes Water Purifier in October as I need it for my family health. After these sales persons Mr. Naveen Hazratganj Lucknow visiting time to time my home for demo asking for purchaing and continuously following it up with me.

As per the sales aggrement they should come for free servicing after 6 months without our call as they say they have record of it.

but till now none of they came up for this servicing after installation and when I followed that sales guy and call them more than 100 times. Then I again followed up with that sales guy he tells reasons and no proper answers as his company people only deny what sales guy says.

I dont know how to follow-up with these guys.
