Sir,
i purchased a water purifier from Aquaguard model no. i-nova on 13-11.as per term & conditions of company two times servicing was free within the very first year of purchase. but they did not provided the first servicing even after 8 months. at last when my brother reminded me i called the customer care unit of kolkata. after that they sent a man to look after the purifier.but the second servicing is due even after 19 months of purchase... tell me what the hell is doing the customer care unit of kolkata. is it myduty to remind the customer care unit to do your duty??? is the responsability of the company cease after the end of sale proceed??? plz. stop & change your policy of sheer profit making & start paying great attention on customer satisfiction... tell me what to do in order to get the second due servicing (free)
