Aquaguard NOVA
Not working

On September 3 I complained that my acquaguard i nova was not working. Was given complaint no.51797834. Thereafter the service engineer examined the equipment on the 6th. He said that he would come the following day to replace the candle and said it would cost Rs.350.00. complained again on the 5th October as no one turned up to replace the candle. Today is the 10th of October. The acquard is still dysfunctional five weeks later. At the time of purchase was told that there would two free routine checkups. There was no checkup. There were two unutilised coupons in the folder "Eurosmile Service". One of them was taken by your service engineer on the 3rd of September. Very poor service indeed for all the tall claims and the blah blah blah...
