sub: Problem of AquaGuard Reviva RO System

I have purchased AquaGuard Reviva RO System from Venus Funiture Arkade (Franchises of eurekha forbeslimited) Dindigul (tamilnadu) on 28-04.

On the first 1 month product work superb, from that nextmonth problem will occur simulteanously... From 26-08 (thrusday) the problem will not rectified..for the past 4months we face so many problems..(i.e)

1st problem &-gt;membrane will fault . after that

2nd problem &-gt;ro system will not purify salt water . after that

3rd problem &-gt;water fill in the tank will be in 1.45minutes

4th problem &-gt;wate water outlet problem... so time delay will ocur & and product vibrate..

5th problem &-gt;water fill in the tank will be in 1.45minutes agail complaint will be reapeted

when ever ur service engg will come to solve that complaint... the product will work sucessflly in an week... again problem will occur...

my father says that AGUAGUARD is an branded item... so that v buy ur product... but we feel ashamed that why we buy ur product sir...
