The water Purifier was purchased from your representative Mr. Ajay Singh/ Tyagi (code No. 9008322) vide Invoice No. 371 dt 2-06.

It is highly regretted to note that the said unit is completely out of order since 20 days but your agent is not taking any interest in providing the service to run the unit.

Kindly depute some expert technician immediately to save me from further harassment.
