AQUAGUARD TOTAL NF
Asked for a RO system delivered Aquaguard Total NF (Defective)

Dear Sir,

I had asked for a RO system from Aquaguard (Eureka Forbes), Mohali 3B2 oofice in Punjab. On this they handed over to me Aquaguard Total NF which is not a RO system as per their web site. This is cheating. This model was giving some problems on installation, which was ignored by the representative as saying it will be alright after the water fills in the container. Now the next very morning it took 5-6 hours to fill a 9 Litres tank. I gave them a call on their service numbers and the sales person. The sales person didnot bother to come on phone and the service engineer never visited after promising that he will come and attend the problem. I have requested them to get the equipment replaced else I will dishonour the cheques I have issued to them. This is very bad on their part that they are not attending the complaint in the radius of 2 KMS or even lesser. Kindly guide me what to do?
