Aquaguard Water Purifier
AMC-water leaking for four months

At our residence aquaguard water purifier has a leak which was checked by a mechanic from the authorised service dealer in December. This purifier is under AMC for two years from 15 Jan upto 14 Jan. The component which is needed to be changed is the back flush cap.

Repeated calls and complaints are of no use, they are blatantly shameless and for so many months they have been ignoring our calls.

Is there anybody who can sort them out.
