Aquaguqrd Reviva RO Water Purifier
Poor maintenance under AMC

Sir,

I have an Aquaguard Reviva RO Water purifier. I bought it about 4-5 years back at kolkata. While at Kolkata I never faced any problems with the said unit & the maintenance of the unit was fantastic.

I got transferred to Allahabad in 2008 and since then my woes have started. I have lodged umpteen complaints but the unit does not function properly till date. Initially the water stopped flowing into the reservoir, later it was rectified - then it started overflowing. Since then the technician has visited a number of times and replacing the individual parts one by one but the unit keeps overflowing I do not understand why Eureka Forbes is keeping such untrained / incapable / incompetent persons and drawing a bad name for themselves. Help!!!
