AQUAPLUS for AQUAGUARD service

I took an Annual maintaince plan from AQUAPLUS which is an authorized AQUAGUARD service agent. They serviced my machine on the 14th of May after which my music stopped playing during the water filling. I called them on the21st of May and the standard reply was we will come tomorrow, since then I have contacted them innumerable time sometimes it is some SAMEER, sometimes it is some SHEKHAR that talks to me with the same answer we will come tomorrow but the crooks that they are they never turn up. I regret putting my hard earned money in this product, where the service is so shoddy and run by crooks. Videocon is a cheating company and I would advice all never to buy their products.

The number of this service co is-9920806676 and I would be grateful if my product is repaired as my service plan expires on the 28th of August and their mechanic has perhaps removed my music playing equipment or damaged it.
